The waves roll in and the cold water crashes onto the hot sand. The sun beats down in rays of white light. In between the ocean's noise you can hear people talking and laughing. School was just released and the beach is filling up with kids. The boys pull off their shirts and run towards the ocean as all the girls lay out their towels and strip down to their bikinis. One girl however is with the boys. She gets bored lying under the sun and prefers cooling off in the water. Their meeting was a complete accident. But he saw her, he saw sparkling silver, dancing under the snowflakes, the glow of the street lamps soft on her golden brown hair.
